Return & Replacement Policy

Spark Tech Ltd. is committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer hassle-free returns and replacements subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase.
• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included.
• The product must not have been used, installed, or tampered with (unless defective on arrival).
• A valid purchase receipt/invoice from Spark Tech is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Software, antivirus, and digital products once activated or keys are revealed.
• Consumable items (ink cartridges, toners, thermal paste, etc.).
• Products with broken seals or tampered warranty stickers.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
• Products purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective).

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Call our helpline 16793 or email webteam@sparktechbd.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and the reason for return with supporting images/videos.
3. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide approval within 24-48 hours.
4. Ship or Drop Off: Send the product to our designated return address or drop it at the nearest Spark Tech branch.
5. Inspection: Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
6. Resolution: After approval, you will receive a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable when a suitable replacement is unavailable.
• Refunds are processed only for the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer.

Refund Timeline

• bKash/Nagad: 3-5 business days after approval.
• Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank).
• Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective on arrival:

• Do NOT refuse the delivery. Accept the package and contact us immediately.
• Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the damaged product.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 16793.
• We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
• For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded upon successful cancellation.
